Clinical Supervision

Grow into the clinician you’re becoming.

Clinical supervision is more than a requirement for licensure. It is an opportunity to develop your clinical skills, strengthen your confidence, explore your professional identity, and become the kind of therapist you want to be.

I provide supportive, collaborative clinical supervision for LPC Associates and developing clinicians. My goal is to create a space where you can bring your questions, challenges, uncertainty, and successes without fear of judgment while still receiving thoughtful feedback, accountability, and guidance.

My Approach to Supervision

My supervision style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I believe good supervision should provide both support and challenge: a safe place to learn while encouraging you to think critically, expand your clinical perspective, and take ownership of your professional growth.

Drawing from my experience in trauma therapy, EMDR, addiction counseling, and integrative psychotherapy, I can help you develop greater confidence in areas such as:

  • Clinical conceptualization and treatment planning

  • Trauma-informed and attachment-focused care

  • EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches

  • Boundaries and ethical decision-making

  • Working with complex or high-acuity clients

  • Addiction and co-occurring concerns

  • Developing your therapeutic identity and clinical voice

  • Documentation, risk assessment, and professional responsibilities

  • Navigating the transition from graduate student to independent clinician

A Space to Learn, Question & Grow

You don't need to have all the answers before you come to supervision. In fact, some of the most valuable supervision happens when we slow down, get curious, and explore what is happening beneath the surface.

My intention is to help you become a more confident, thoughtful, and grounded clinician while honoring your individual strengths, values, and style. Supervision should ultimately help you develop the ability to trust your clinical judgment not simply learn to practice the way someone else does.

Who I Work With

I provide clinical supervision for LPC Associates and clinicians seeking additional support as they develop their professional skills and identity.
